This privacy policy (“Policy”) informs you of our practices when handling your Personal Information through the Services (both as defined below). In this Policy, “oneone AI”, “we” or “us” refers to oneone AI, Inc., a company registered in Delaware. We are the data controller under applicable privacy laws.


Where we have a OneOne Business or enterprise service agreement in place with an enterprise customer who is asking you to use our Services (for example, your employer), we obtain and process your Personal Information on behalf of and at the instructions of that customer. In that context, such enterprise customers are the data controllers and their privacy policies will apply to the processing of your Information. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.


For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes Personal Information you provide or generate when you use: (a) our OneOne meeting assistant app (the “App”); and (b) https://oneone.live, and any other dedicated OneOne AI websites (the “Website”) (collectively, the “Services”). When you use the Services, you accept and understand that we collect, process, use, and store your Personal Information as described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use any of the Services. If you change your mind in the future, you must stop using the Services and you may exercise your rights concerning your Personal Information as set out in this Policy.

We collect and use the following Personal Information about you:

Information you provide to us

• Registration Information: When you create an account on our Services, you provide your name, email, and a password. For paid Services, our payment processing partner (e.g., Stripe, Inc.) may also collect your name, billing address, and payment information. Payment information is not shared with us and is maintained by Stripe.

• App Information: When using the Services, you may provide us with your audio recordings, transcripts, and any text, images, or videos that you upload or provide to us.

• Communication Information: When you contact us, you provide us with your phone number, email, and any other information related to your query.

Information you provide about others

• If you collaborate with co-workers or refer us to others, you provide their email address and contact information. If you provide an audio recording, it may contain third-party Personal Information. Ensure you have permission from co-workers or third parties before sharing this information.

Information automatically collected when using the Services

• Usage Information: Your usage data, such as timestamps, access events, app interactions, and screen captures during meetings.

• Device Information: We assign a unique user identifier (“UUID”) to each device accessing the Services and collect IP addresses, UUIDs, device details (model, OS, browser type), and activity logs.

• Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your experience. For more on our Cookies policy, see Section 3 below.

• Location Information: We receive approximate location data inferred through your IP address.

Information received from third parties

• Third-Party Platform Information: When you connect third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom) to our Services, we receive information like your username, email, profile picture, time, and calendar data.

• Other third parties: We may receive additional data, such as demographic or interest attributes from partners.

We also collect aggregated data that is not considered Personal Information unless combined with your Personal Information.

We use your Personal Information to:

• Set up your account: Registration details are used to create and manage your account for the Services.

• Provide the Services: Your audio recordings, transcripts, and usage data are used to provide, support, and enhance the Services.

• Improve and monitor the Services: We analyze usage data and de-identified recordings to improve the Services, including using AI to refine performance.

• Communicate with you: We use your contact details to provide support and notify you of relevant product updates.

• Prevent fraud and enforce legal compliance: To protect our interests and rights, including fraud detection, legal defense, and enforcing our terms.

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to enhance your experience and measure our advertising effectiveness:
